House Neon makes LED neon signs for the rooms people actually live in: the entryway where a family name greets guests, the wall over the bed, the corner of a kid’s room, the shelf behind a home bar. Every order is placed through houseneon.com.

The people behind House Neon

We are a small online team. We read every order note, answer every email and keep track of each sign from the moment it is paid for until the tracking number shows it delivered. There is no call center in between; the person replying to you is part of the team running the store.

Where the team is based

House Neon is run from Vietnam.

We answer messages Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+7). Anything that arrives outside those hours gets a reply once the team is back online.

Why we focus on the home

Plenty of neon is made for storefronts and events. We wanted a shop that thinks about light at home instead: a warm glow that fits next to a couch, words that mean something to the people living there, sizes that suit a hallway or a nursery wall rather than a shop window. That is the whole reason the catalog is arranged by room.

Our mission

Our mission is simple: we want a sign from House Neon to match the text and options you entered at checkout, turn on the first time you plug it in, and still be glowing on the same wall years from now. When a request is unlikely to turn out well, for example a long sentence squeezed onto a small board, we will say so before you pay for it to be made.

How orders are made

We do not keep finished signs on a shelf. Each one is made to order:

1. You pick the design, size and any text options on the product page and check out.
2. The sign goes into production, which takes 5–7 business days. It is formed from LED neon flex on acrylic, then switched on and checked.
3. Once packed, it travels to you. Transit within the United States takes 6–9 business days.

Making signs only after they are ordered lets us offer personal text without holding stock, and it is why every order needs a production window before it ships.

Our production partners

The physical work is done by partner LED neon fabrication studios. We pass them the confirmed design for each order; they cut the acrylic, shape and fix the neon flex, and light-test the sign before packing. House Neon handles everything on the customer side, so you only ever need to deal with us.
