These are the rules for changing your mind, sending a sign back and getting money refunded on houseneon.com orders.
Summary
- Cancel within 24 hours of ordering: no fee.
- Cancel after that window: 15% cancellation fee.
- Return a delivered sign: up to 30 days after delivery.
- Sign damaged on arrival: report within 7 days of delivery (handled as a shipping claim, see below).
Cancellations
Because each sign is made to order, production begins shortly after checkout. If you email us within 24 hours of placing your order, we cancel it and refund the full amount you paid. After that, a cancellation is still possible but a 15% fee is kept to cover the materials and work already started. Send your order number to help@houseneon.com with “Cancel” in the subject.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. To start:- Email us your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our reply with the return address and how to pack the sign.
- Pack the sign, its power adapter and any parts that came with it, ideally in the original packaging, and send it with a tracked shipping method.
Please do not mail anything back before you have our instructions; parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be traced by us.
Refunds
When the returned sign reaches us and has been checked, we email you to confirm and issue the refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider decides how quickly the money appears on your statement.
For cancellations, the refund is issued once the cancellation is confirmed by email.
Damaged on arrival
A sign that arrives broken is not treated as a return. Email photos of the sign and the box within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair or replacement. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
Problems after the first weeks
If the sign develops a fault later on under normal use, it is covered by our 1 year Warranty.
