This policy explains what personal information House Neon collects when you visit houseneon.com or buy from us, why we need it, who it is shared with, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number if you enter one, the products you buy and any text or notes you add for your sign.
- Payment information: card and wallet payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment went through and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits; we do not see or store full card numbers.
- Messages: the content of emails you send us, including photos you attach for a damage or warranty claim.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through server logs and cookies.
Why we use it
- To make, ship and support the signs you order, including sending order and tracking emails.
- To process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, damage claims and warranty requests.
- To keep the website working, secure and usable, for example remembering what is in your cart.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who receives your information
We share only what each party needs to do its part:
- Stripe, to process payments and screen for fraud.
- Our production partners (partner LED neon fabrication studios), which receive the design, text and shipping details needed to produce and send your sign.
- Shipping carriers, which receive your name, address and sometimes phone number to deliver the parcel.
- Our website hosting and email service providers, which store data on our behalf.
- Courts, regulators or law enforcement, when we are legally required to disclose information.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use:
- Essential cookies set by our store software (WooCommerce) to keep your cart, run checkout and keep you signed in.
- Payment cookies set by Stripe during checkout to help detect fraud.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the cart and checkout will not work properly.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept for as long as we need them to support your purchase, handle warranty claims and meet legal and accounting requirements. Messages and photos sent for support are kept while the related request is open and for a reasonable period after.
Protecting your data
The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to order data is limited to the people and services that need it to fulfil your order.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your personal information, except records we must keep by law (such as tax records of a completed sale);
- stop sending you any non-essential emails.

Children
Our store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Names entered as sign text for a child’s room are used only to make that sign.
