Track Order

Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout to see the latest status of your House Neon order.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What the status means

  • Processing: payment received and your sign is in production. This stage takes 5–7 business days.
  • Completed: the sign has been handed to the carrier. Your tracking number is in the shipping email we sent. Transit within the United States takes 6–9 business days.
  • On hold: we are waiting on something, usually a payment check or a question about your design. Look for an email from us.

Where to find your order number

It is in the subject line and body of the confirmation email sent right after checkout. If you created an account, you can also see it under My account.
