Ordering
Are the signs ready-made?
No. Each sign is made to order after you check out, which is how we can put your family name, a child’s name or your own phrase on it.
Which size should I choose?
Our signs come in Small, Medium and Large. Measurements for each are listed on the product page. A quick test: cut a piece of paper or tape out the outline on the wall where the sign will go, then step back to the spot you will usually see it from. Longer text needs a bigger size to stay easy to read.
Can I change my text after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible. Changes are easiest before production starts; once the neon flex has been shaped, the text cannot be altered.
How do I cancel?
Email us as early as you can with your order number. Within 24 hours of ordering, cancellation is free. After that, a 15% cancellation fee applies. See the Return Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed through Stripe.
Shipping
How long until my sign arrives?
Production takes 5–7 business days and transit within the United States takes 6–9 business days, so plan on both when ordering for a move-in date or a room makeover.Is shipping free?

The sign itself
What is it made of?
LED neon flex on acrylic. The flex is a flexible LED strip inside a soft diffusing cover, shaped into letters or line art and fixed to a clear acrylic backing. It gives the look of glass neon without glass tubes.
How is it powered?
Each sign comes with its own power adapter that plugs into a standard wall outlet. Always use the adapter supplied.
How do I hang it?
Plan the spot near an outlet first. If the acrylic backing has pre-drilled holes, mount it to the wall through those holes using fixings suited to your wall type (drywall, brick or wood). You can also stand the sign on a shelf or mantel and lean it against the wall. If you are unsure, ask us before drilling.
Can I use it outside?
Our signs are designed for indoor use. A covered patio or bar area that stays dry is fine; avoid rain, sprinklers and spots where water can reach the sign or adapter.
Is it suitable for a kid’s room?
Name signs work well in nurseries and playrooms. Mount the sign out of reach and keep the cable and adapter away from small children, the same as any plugged-in device.
How do I clean it?
Unplug it first. Wipe the acrylic and neon flex gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use glass cleaner, alcohol or abrasive pads, as they can cloud the acrylic.
Returns and problems
Can I return a sign?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Please read the Return Policy and contact us first for return instructions.
My sign arrived broken. What now?
Email photos of the sign and the box within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a repair or replacement.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, 1 year from delivery for manufacturing and electrical faults. See the Warranty page.
