Every House Neon sign is made after you order it, so delivery happens in two stages: production first, then transit. Here is what to expect for each.
Timeline
| Stage | What happens | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Production | Your sign is built from LED neon flex on acrylic, light-tested and packed | 5–7 business days |
| Transit (United States) | The carrier moves the parcel from the production studio to your door | 6–9 business days |
Add the stages together for a realistic arrival estimate. Production starts once payment has cleared and any open questions about your design are settled.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on a business day enter the production queue that day; later orders start on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday.
Cost
- United States: Free.
- Other countries: We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking
When your sign leaves the studio, we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout. You can also check the status on our Track Order page. Tracking can take a day or so to show the first scan.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before paying. If you notice a mistake, email help@houseneon.com right away. We can correct it while the sign is still in production; once the parcel is with the carrier, changes may not be possible.
Delays
Weather, customs checks and carrier backlogs can push a delivery past the estimate. If your parcel has not moved for several days, write to us with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
Damage in transit
Neon signs are packed with protection, but parcels are sometimes mishandled. If your sign arrives cracked, bent or not lighting up, email photos of the sign and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. This is a shipping damage claim and is separate from our return window. We will arrange a repair or a replacement once we have reviewed the photos.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no progress for an unusually long time, or shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us. We will open a trace with the carrier and agree next steps with you.
