These terms apply when you browse houseneon.com or place an order with House Neon. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the requested text cannot be produced, if payment cannot be verified, or if a design infringes someone else’s rights (see Copyright).
Made-to-order products
Signs are produced individually after purchase, from LED neon flex on acrylic. Production takes 5–7 business days and transit within the United States takes 6–9 business days, as described in our Shipping Policy. Because each sign is shaped by hand, small differences in line thickness, color tone and exact dimensions from the product images are normal and are not defects.
Your text and designs
You are responsible for checking the spelling, wording and options you enter at checkout. We produce what is submitted. By sending us text, names, logos or images for a sign, you confirm that you have the right to use them.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Shipping to the United States: Free.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Orders can be cancelled without a fee within 24 hours. After that, a 15% cancellation fee applies. Delivered signs can be returned within 30 days. Full details are in our Return Policy.Warranty
Signs come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing and electrical defects under normal indoor use. See the Warranty page for what is covered and how to make a claim.
Using your sign
Follow the care notes provided with your sign and on our FAQ. Use only the power adapter supplied with it, keep it dry, and do not open, cut or rewire the sign or its adapter. Damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.

Text, photos and graphics on this site belong to House Neon or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, House Neon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
