What a notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL or another precise description of where the material appears on our site.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not permitted by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are permitted to act on the owner’s behalf.
Where to send it
Email the notice to help@houseneon.com with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.
What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material identified and, where possible, let the person who submitted it know. Incomplete notices may delay our response; we will tell you what is missing.
Counter-notice
If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same email. It should include your signature, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and phone number with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not notify us of legal action within the period set by the DMCA.
Repeat infringement
We will refuse further orders from customers who repeatedly submit designs that infringe the rights of others.
